The company's 180 staff are fostered through a program of training and internal promotion. Training programs provide the opportunity to achieve nationally accredited qualifications. Indigenous Australians with their strong connection to the remote outback have always made a valuable contribution to the Kidman workforce.

Safety is our number one priority. We are committed to providing a safe work environment for all staff and contractors.

High quality meals and air-conditioned rooms are provided for staff. Working from stock camps is often part of the routine on Kidman stations.
