After many months of exhaustive testing, we were introduced to the 2GR premium full-blood Wagu Beef by one of our suppliers. Our world changed forever. From the first time we handled the product we knew that we had found " The goose that laid the golden egg".

The fact that 2GR was a homegrown Australian product only emphasised the need to complement and showcase this product. We first used 2GR Brisket Cut at the 2019 Meatstock in Sydney where we achieved 1st place beating 50 of Australia's best teams.

By adopting our unique style and technique of preparing and cooking this quality product we were able to change the perception of all involved in the event. Since using 2GR our brand has gone from strength to strength. Our customer base has grown exponentially, and our customers are highly satisfied.
