On Friday 13 November the winners of the 2020 Royal Perth Food Awards were announced

Hancock Agriculture majority-owned S. Kidman & Co are incredibly proud to be the winners of the Champion Grain Fed Beef, the top award in this highly competitive category.

Hosted by The Royal Agricultural Society of WA (RASWA) the event is WA’s finest food and beverage competition, which encourages and rewards excellence within the industry. The Awards are judged by a selection of local, national and international specialist judges who are recognised as experts in their relevant industries.

Under the leadership of Executive Chairman, Mrs Gina Rinehart, Hancock Agriculture and S Kidman & Co has experienced significant growth in recent years and together are one of the largest cattle producers in Australia. In conjunction with this growth, the company has also been significantly investing in its properties, focusing on improving cattle herd quality, employee safety and animal welfare with a focus on using technology and innovation. It is this unrelenting pursuit of excellence that is the driving force behind such quality products, resulting in this tremendous win.

We thank all our managers and staff who have collectively worked hard for this result, with a special thanks to our Station Managers and families, who are on the ground day after day managing our properties and looking after our cattle.
