Defective or Damaged Items

1. All refund, replacement and repair rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

  • Our products are subject to guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • You are also entitled to have a product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
  • If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.
  • We reserve our right to not offer a refund.

2. Return of Defective or Damaged Items
If the item you received is defective or arrived damaged, please contact our customer support immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

 If You Change Your Mind

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • The following items cannot be returned if you change your mind: food, personalised products, gift cards and downloadable software.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your S. Kidman account.
  • Go to your order history and email us at apparel@kidman.com.au with the order number and the item details you wish to return.
  • If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer support for assistance.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is processed successfully.

4. Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility. You can choose from the following options:

  • Refund: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges, within 2 business days.
  • Exchange: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please let us know during the return process. We will assist you with the exchange process.
